Linda quoted me according to THE GRADE I wanted for my project. WHAT?

This isn’t to bash people living in other countries. But, if you’ve ever been on the phone with a support person from India, you know that an English foreign-language speaker isn’t always going to understand you very well.

Their web copy is riddled with errors a non-native English writer typically makes. They definitely are not PhD-level writers from English-speaking countries, as they claim.
