Many of these platforms make questionable claims about their backgrounds, staff, and the quality of their work. Many of them barely manage adequate English and some even post fake reviews on sites like SiteJabber! Making sense of it all can be daunting, I know, so let’s launch into this PaperCoach review to see what they are all about. We’re going to be doing some mystery shopping, so I can take you through the whole process of what it’s like to be their customer and why you should avoid doing so at all costs!

Getting Started: Is PaperCoach Safe?

Let’s talk about the purchasing process over at Paper Coach when trying to get a custom essay or research paper.

This isn’t the smoothest ordering process I’ve ever seen. I won’t lie; this mystery shopping round was a bit bumpy, but here goes...

PaperCoach doesn’t allow you to communicate with any of their tutors about your paper before making a payment. You reach their order form, and it’s like trying to access a Netflix account without a password—you’re essentially locked out until you hand over your money!

PaperCoach claims to have “progressive delivery” on its website, making its customer support and satisfaction top-notch, but I don’t see it.

Their customer support is awful, particularly from the chat operator I interacted with. Their support agents aren’t doing anything to boost the site’s reputation among the best writing services, and their high prices certainly don’t improve the situation either!

What The Heck Are These Prices?

You’ll be offered additional services like plagiarism reports, more qualified writers, or drafts throughout the ordering process. Naturally, this brings the additional cost up quite a bit from their initially quoted price.

Woah, that’s crazy; that’s almost exactly what we charge over here at KP. I can’t believe PaperCoach customers have been paying this much for inferior-quality essays!

You Can’t Talk To Your Writers Until AFTER You Pay

I thought about trying to sift through more of their support agents, but it’s clear that this is their policy. The last person from the support team made it very clear.

I got blocked by a bot named “Melonie” (which sounds completely fake), who promised I could talk to some of their experts once I had submitted my project and (more importantly) paid them.

How am I supposed to make an informed decision with almost no information available before purchasing? What kind of writing service operates like this? And what if you need more details on a writer’s qualifications before starting with one of PaperCoach’s experts?

With this type of setup, there’s no way you’re getting a top writer, and at the very least, some minor mistakes are going to be made. At worst, you’ll likely get someone who doesn’t speak good English.

The KP Difference

Foreign Writing Tutors - Can They Write a Research Paper?

Paper Coach is owned by a company in Lithuania. This isn’t typically where you’d find professional academic paper writing services.

How do I know this? Well, in the fine print on their website, they list their address as being based there.

If the company is located there (or in Pakistan, as per their LinkedIn profile), it makes sense that they would hire locally. This means most of their writers likely aren’t native English speakers, which is crucial for academic paper writing in English. In Eastern Europe, English isn’t a primary language. This can lead to major issues with paper writing quality, including incorrect grammar, awkward sentence structures, and a lack of understanding of English language nuances.

Just check out this little sentence I found stuffed into a sample paper from PaperCoach...

“Amendments bibliography outline title. Romeo and Juliet first met in the house.”

I’m so confused. What does that even mean? 😨

Outsourcing Writing to Developing Countries

Alternatively, they might outsource your research papers to countries like Pakistan, Kenya, or Ukraine, where workers are paid very little. This often leads to a rushed, poorly researched paper and not up to academic standards.

Let me ask you: Have you ever been to Lithuania? Yup, me neither.

PaperCoach Isn’t Telling You The Truth!

If you want to find out who works for any company, you can simply hit LinkedIn.

So, that’s exactly what I did.

Despite the promises of writers who are based in the USA, Canada, and the U.K., it’s clear that they don’t employ a single native English speaker.

Clearly, the PaperCoach writers are not who the company claims they are, and as much as they’d like you to think they’re amongst the best writing services, the truth is they are anything but!

Their staff are based in Pakistan and Ukraine.

Let’s hope they offer free revisions because if you use this service, you’ll need at least 10 rounds of them!

Here’s the hard truth of the matter: Essay writing should only ever be done by native speakers of English. Most customers don’t know that from the jump, but it’s the honest truth of the essay-writing world.

To make matters worse, for some strange reason, they list their address as being in Pakistan on LinkedIn.

Guys, do you really want to send your personal information and academic work off to the country where Bin Laden was hiding out? A country that’s a global harbor for terrorism?

That’s actually crazy.

I certainly hope not!

Let’s Make One Thing Clear...

This isn’t to criticize people from other countries. However, if you’ve ever spoken with a support person who isn’t a native English speaker, you’ll know that communication can often be challenging due to language barriers.

There are also several warning signs on their website that suggest this service is not trustworthy.

I reviewed a few sample essays on their site, and they were shockingly poor—filled with long, vague, and convoluted sentences that were ultimately garbage.

Here’s just one example...

Every paper was also riddled with grammar, syntax, and spelling errors.

There was no clear structure, thesis statement, or conclusion in any of them. Here’s another example of this...

Honestly, this is basic stuff you would expect a college-graduate tutor to know.

That is, if they were native English speakers (which, based on the quality, they are not!)

If you’re wondering, “Is PaperCoach safe,” this alone should answer your question!

Another Terrible Review For PaperCoach

Unfortunately, this poor person got what was coming to them by using PaperCoach. I bet they were also asking, “Is PaperCoach legit?” only to be totally disappointed.

Sadly, this is common with the PaperCoach reviews that I’ve found online. Here’s just one...

That’s why I’m taking the time to do these PaperCoach reviews. To protect you from being scammed by such alleged “experts.”

Honestly, guys, good paper writing services should do NONE of these things. PaperCoach refers to their writers as “PaperCoach Pros,” which is hilarious when considering the context and everything we’ve learned so far.

On the other hand, KP guarantees that a US college graduate tutor will handle your project. We’ve all lived the US college lifestyle, understand the culture because we share it with you, and know what US professors want. 

For all you know, we might have even gone to your school…or sat next to you in English Lit. 

No other paper writing services can claim something similar, that’s for sure!

Do They Offer a Free Plagiarism Report?

A key part of the PaperCoach marketing is that they are supposed to offer a free plagiarism report along with your essay. But, sadly, I found that this is actually not free; it is instead another upsell. When I asked about it, I was quoted an additional $9.99 for this on top of the paper price.

Talk about deceptive!

And if you do choose to blow your money on a service like this, you’ll likely need it.

If they’re willing to lie about their location and who works for them, you’ve gotta wonder what else they’re willing to lie about.

Social Media - Is Paper Coach a Professional Paper Writing Service?

The next step for me in the research to write this PaperCoach review was to check out their social media presence.

The issue is that it is almost non-existent. If you’re looking to have a research paper done, this is no good. No writing services should be without profiles on the major platforms.

A robust social media presence is crucial for an essay writing service. It indicates transparency, engagement, and a commitment to building a community. A company without a social media presence raises red flags because it suggests it might be more interested in churning through customers rather than genuinely helping them succeed. Social media allows customers to share their experiences, provide feedback, and create social proof. When a company avoids building this kind of community, it’s often because they want to hide negative reviews and avoid accountability.

It’s a tactic that screams, “We’re not legit,” and it’s a major red flag for any potential customer.

An Instagram With No Fans?

Here’s their Instagram profile. It has just 86 followers and almost no engagement on each individual post. 

That doesn’t inspire much confidence in answering the burning question of “Is PaperCoach Legit?”

Comparing that to KP’s social media presence is almost criminally cringe-worthy.

PaperCoach may appear affordable, but as you can see, you WILL receive a subpar project that will get you in trouble if you try to use it, all for a price that’s not really that cheap to begin with.

If the samples PaperCoach showcases on their site are this bad, imagine the quality of their work. And the fact they want you to believe all these PaperCoach “experts” have five-star ratings and 100% success rates is just insulting.

The main message of this PaperCoach review is this: Trust me, you can do better. 

Stop asking yourself, “Is PaperCoach Legit?” The answer is NO. This is a paper service you need to avoid!
