This is super frustrating because I just wanted to discuss my requirements and see if they could handle my topic properly before shelling out any cash.

Instead, I couldn’t even get ahold of customer support.

This isn’t meant to bash anyone living in other countries. But if you’ve ever been on the phone with a support person from India, you know that communication can be tricky if English isn’t their first language.

I checked out some of the sample articles on their website, and they were awful. The research papers were full of long, confusing sentences that didn’t make any sense.

They were also packed with grammar, syntax, and spelling mistakes. None of them had a clear structure, thesis statement, or conclusion.
