I posed as a mystery shopper and pretended that I was seeking help with a research paper.

DoMyPaper won’t let you connect with any of their tutors to discuss your project before you checkout.

Trust me, I tried. So much for open communication! Just after you pass the online calculator that tells you the price you’ll have to pay, you come upon this little, unfortunate detail.

This was already said in all the DoMyPapers reviews that I read previously, so I was not terribly surprised I could not communicate directly with my writer. Or that the free plagiarism report is not, in fact, free.

I got stonewalled by a bot named “Batty,” who assured me I could talk to some of their experts only after submitting my project. It was frustrating because I had specific questions about my assignment that I needed answered upfront. The bot couldn’t provide any real assistance and kept directing me back to the payment page.

So yeah, this leaves a pretty terrible first impression from their customer support team.

How Can You Buy With NO Information?

How can I make an informed decision with almost ZERO information available before purchase? It’s like buying a car without being able to test drive it or even see it in person.

You wouldn’t make such an important purchase blind, and the same should go for choosing an academic-help service.

Even if you don’t want to do extensive research, read the web content, or find out who the company owners are, you should at least be able to talk to your writer to make sure they can do your paper type or that they’re even capable of doing high-quality work from the jump.

It suggests they’re trying to exploit the country’s lax business laws to operate under the radar.

Moreover, recruiting locally means they are less likely to have tutors with a deep understanding of the English language and the academic standards required in countries like the United States, Canada, or the UK.
